All our transactions are secured by a note in the deed of trust, the same documents that banks have when they loan money for mortgages. We provide those same documents for every deal. The note and deed of trust are secured against the property. All transactions are administered through our consulting Real Estate Principal Broker, Mike Canton, Metana Realty.

 What's Our Private Lendor Opportunity?

• Senior Placement Resources, LLC places a property under Contract and assigns the Contract to a Funding Partner REHAB Contractor should it not meet our investors' criteria.
• Once the property is under Contract, we Clean, Landscape, and Remodel it to Be Market-Ready for Metana Realty Services to List or Sell. Our Private Investors could Choose a Lease-Purchase Option or Rent based on their longer-term goals.
• We primarily do each deal with One Private lender so as not to complicate the transaction. We will bring two Investors into the project when necessary.
• Lendors should have at least $250,000 available to participate.
