Senior Placement Resources, LLC Privacy and Legal Policy

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Senior Living Facilities: To make possible the placement process, with your explicit consent.
• Healthcare Providers: To synchronize care and support services, as necessary and with your consent, for your senior and your family.
• Senior Professionals: To refer you and your family to other services that you or a family member has requested. This also includes sharing information from one service provider to another when using our services.
• Legal and Regulatory Authorities: If the law requires protecting your rights and safety.

RELEASE OF YOUR DATA FOR LEGAL PURPOSES
At times, it may become necessary or desirable for Senior Placement Resources, LLC, for legal purposes, to release your information in response to a request from a government agency or a private litigant. You agree that we may disclose your information to a third party where we believe, in good faith, that it is desirable to do so for a civil action, criminal investigation, or other legal matter.

If we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may elect to notify you to file a motion to quash the subpoena, or we may attempt to quash it ourselves. Still, we are not obligated to do either. We may also proactively report you and release your information to third parties where we believe it is prudent to do so for legal reasons, such as our belief that you have engaged in fraudulent activities. You release us from any damages that may arise from or relate to releasing your information at a request from law enforcement agencies or private litigants.

Any passing on of personal data for legal purposes will only be done in compliance with the laws of the state you reside in.
